A quick trip home to NY

Samantha and I hopped a ride with my friend Beth (who lives in Wilmington NC) back to NY for a week long trip.  We visited Grandma Miranda who had a bit of bad luck with falls and such.  Here are some pictures from our week home.

She absolutely loved riding the tractor with Grandpa.  I'll try to upload the video of it soon!

Ok, Im not even going to apologize anymore.  Everyone knows that I absolutely suck at keeping this blog current.  We left off in April with Samantha exploring her gym!  This first post will be completely random pictures I took after that. :)  Enjoy

Romp N Roll

So we had a little adventure today. Samantha is all signed up for music and gym class!! We went down (to Harrisburg) to check the place out. Here are some photos of her exploring and even a video.

Pjs brains or mine

I downloaded an app that allows Samantha to draw pictures. I thought you'd all enjoy her first drawing. You decide.. Do you think she has pjs talent or mine? Haha

Date nights

That's right!!! We had not one, but two date nights. Grandma (Miranda) stopped by on her way to Florida. She stayed with Samantha while PJ and I went out to dinner. I have to say, it was refreshing to have a meal without having to entertain Samantha :) I googled like crazy to find a cool place to go. I found a seafood place called Castaways. We arrived and the Parking lot was empty. I thought I had picked a major dud. But thank god we braved it and walked in. It was absolutely delicious. We gorged ourselves just a bit. Mussels, buffalo shrimp, stuffed crab flounder.... Yum!!!
On the way back from Florida grandma stopped again. PJ and I took the mustang out tonight and headed back to castaways. Another delicious meal.. Crab dip, ahi tuna, blackened grouper. We loved it! We stopped by the Mexican place on the way back and had a tall and small margarita :). All in all, great times!!! Here are some pictures from our dates!
